This shoe looked so cute in the picture. It ran a 1/2 size too big, but I didn't exchange them, just returned them, because of the quality. There's nothing to the backing and the top is flimsy so there's nothing to keep my foot in place. The top fabric was not finished and instead of looking casual they looked cheap...not worth $100. The customer service rep was very nice and I've always had a good experience with Sperry in the past.
