Gold Cup excels for comfort

This is the fifth and sixth pair of Gold Cup shoes I have purchased from Sperry and they are consistently great, comfortable shoes. When I purchased my first pair, I was a bit put off by the price point but the durability, comfort and appearance soon overcame any concerns. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone that has plantar fasciiatis or similar foot problems.

I own another pair of Gold cups and as always, great fit and unsurpassed comfort. For these loafers, the color was bit more reddish than Tan and prefer a slightly darker color. The qualify of the loafer is unsurpassed. The price was excellent so even though the color was a bit off, still a great buy.

Not sure I would have purchased if not on sale.
Stitching on one shoe was somewhat questionable. Maybe that's why they were on sale?!?

I had not planned to purchase shoes just yet. But, since these gold cups were on sale I bought them. Very happy with my purchase. The gold cups always are comfortable. My wife wishes they made them for women in a narrow width.

These shoes look and feel great. I can wear them with jeans or khakis, around the home or on casual days at the office. I have three pairs of Gold Cup shoes. It would be nice if they came in narrow sizes, but these are a better fit for me than many shoes of this size.

Worst of the Gold Cups

I own two pairs of Gold cups and love them. This pair I ordered over the Internet. They didn't look like their picture. The driving sole is not for walking. It makes your foot pronate. The inside of the shoe rubbed against the little toe which I found uncomfortable. I shipped them back.

My husband has worn boat shoes for ever. These were a suprise gift, meant to be an inbetween shoe - between a boat shoe and a dress shoe. They are perfect. He finds them very comfortable and they look great with jeans or casual slacks.

Not happy at all, they have been returned...I ordered size 12, have worn 12's forever, could not get my foot even close to in the shoe, they were either mis-sized our are cut wrong. Last pair of shoes I order from Sperry fit great, leads me to believe there is an issue with the shoe. They have been returned.
