This is the perfect shoe... you can dress up for or wear simple/casual (I bought the Cordovan color) and it looks great with dress slacks or jeans. The tend to run about a 1/2 bigger, but are very comfortable once you get the right fit. I purchased original pair 5.5 and found I needed to go down 1/2 size... the 5 fits perfectly! Love the look!

Got these at Sperry store, and like with my Top-siders was told to go with one size smaller as the heel rubbed up and down, and they would stretch. I haven't worn them yet, as they are still too tight and haven't had time to stretch them out with thick socks as she suggested. I did try them with Sperry socks, and if you wear them with these, you will need the very low-cut socks for these, as the Top-sider ones show. They are cute, more casual-looking (due to the color more than anything) than a lot of other penny loafers I had been looking at, but will be great for jeans, shorts, capris. Cushioned bottom, hopefully once the leather stretches a bit will be really comfy. Even tighter than my Top-Siders that I bought a size smaller due to salesgirl's suggestion. Light tan leather scratches and scuffs very easily, even just a fingernail brushing against the leather will leave a mark.

I love the look of the shoe and dream of wearing it year round, however, the shoe fits so tight that it's uncomfortable. I originally purchased an 8 which was so big it slipped off my heels with each step. I exchanged the shoes for a 7.5 which stays on my foot a little too well. My advice - break these babies in before wearing them out for a day. Your feet will be blistered and sore.

This is the perfect shoe to dress up for down (I bought the pink/redish one) and looks great with skinny jeans. Very comfortable, but I would suggest buying non-showing socks to wear with them to cut down on possible new shoe blisters.

I love, love , love this loafer. I had to go down 1/2 size but it is super comfortable and it looks great with jeans, khakis, and capris. Don't let the color fool you, it is a neutral pink that literally goes with everything from animal print to watermelon green. I particularly love it with white and navy!

I ordered the beige and pink Hayden loafer and I love both of them. The pink pair has a wonderful color that matches a lot of pink sweaters that I wear - very stunning! The beige goes with everything and looks super with jeans!

The first time I wore these I was shopping and walking around all day and ended up with the back rim of the shoe digging into my heel and giving me blisters....I later bought non showing socks to wear with them and the shoes felt better, when I put bandaids on my heels I couldn't feel the backs digging in at all. This problem makes me think I purchased them a size too small, even though they are the same size as the other Sperry's I own. I've only owned them for about a month, so maybe they will break in even more as I keep wearing them. Even so, they are super cute to wear with anything and I love the style!

I love my pair of Hayden Loafers. They are great to when you are dressing up or dressing casual. It is a great alternative to always wearing sneakers with jeans. They also remind me of a pair of loafers I had when I was little! I am considering buying the same style but in different colors!

I saw this shoe and loved it! I have a wide foot and had them stretched in the store. After that they were perfect. They are the most comfortable shoes I have purchased this season. I have been wearing Topsiders since I was a teenager. We live on the coast and Topsiders are part of the "uniform" both on and off the boat. I am so happy to see all the new styles and colors. Next pair will be wingtip oxfords!

They fit shorter than the other Topsiders I own. But the good news is that the leather stretched & softened. They are my go to shoes if it is dry out. In wet weather they are way to slippery. No traction at all.

I bought these shoes for work (in cordovan) because I have to be business casual but comfortable. They are as comfortable as you would expect from Sperry's and very work appropriate. They fit just like you'd expect, true to size. No complaints. I only wish there was a non-patent leather black that is work appropriate (glitter in a professional enviromentment...not so much).

The first time I put them on they felt very tight - but - it was late evening so I decided to wait until morning and try them on again. From the moment my foot slid into the shoe I felt comfort. True to size, classic style, goes with anything from jeans, dress pants, to skirts. The one and only 'gripe' I have is that they are not made in the U.S. - that is a disappointment.

I own several pairs of Sperrys and was excited to try out this dressier loafer. They fit as expected, but be warned that they do take a bit to wear in. I purchased them in Sahara, it's a nice tan, goes with everything. I use leather lotion on them to keep them looking like new.

I was very disappointed when these arrived because I loved the quality and color and wanted to wear them immediately. But before I could do so,I had to go out and purchase insoles and heel grips in order to maked them fit - they were very, very wide.

I love sperry shoes and have several pair. for my foot they fit so well and they can be worn all day on many surfaces. If you need a fairly wider toe box in a shoe these shoes fit the bill. they are dressier than the regular sperry boat shoes and are fun in the leopard print which i purchased.

just opened my shoebox and surprised how great looking this style is (leopard print Hayden... just like the picture. The only initial issue I have is that the right shoe seems a bit wider than the left shoe. Almost as if the right shoe is broken in and the left is not. I will place some ge; padding on the right shoe to accommodate. No big deal. I wish the style came in other patterns ... I would buy another pair.

I got these to wear around on my trip to Europe. Unfortunately I did not give myself time to break them in and I have the blisters to prove it. I do adore the shoes though, they are gorgeous (I have them in Sahara) and versatile, I can wear them to work or out sailing and everywhere in between. I highly recommend them but I would also recommend giving yourself time to break them in before wearing them for an extended period of time.

I absolutely love my cordovan colored Hayden penny loafers because of their polished look and versatility--I can wear them with casual or business attire! But they do not go with black, which is why I beg of you...
PLEASE MAKE HAYDEN PENNY LOAFERS IN BLACK!
Patent black is too trendy, and not practical for long-time wear or use.

The Hayden penny loafers are my third pair of Sperry's. I bought my first pair of Sperry's in England at the Weymouth Festival this summer and wore them for the rest of my London trip, because they are so comfortable. When I returned home I started to notice how many people are wearing Sperry's. Best shoes ever !!
