Hole worn through them 2 days in!

First off let me say that these shoes look amazing. The blue contrast on the gray looks amazing! They are extremely comfy as well, great arch support etc.
HOWEVER, I have worn these shoes twice and already a hole wore through the creases on the side of the shoe.
Hopefully this is a one time defect, but until I get these replaced.. the review will not change.

THE MOST COMFORTABLE DRESS SHOE

These shoes are incredibly comfortable. I am a doctor and I am on my feet 10 hours a day and these are the most comfortable dress shoes I have worn. I have the grey suede and have found myself buying more clothes to match them. The only problem with them is that my patients comment on them so much that I don't get as much work done. Well done Sperry!

People underestimate the significance of comfort in a dress shoe. If you're going to be on your feet at all while wearing these, it's worth it to spend the few extra $'s to purchase these. My foot is extremely well supported and the memory foam feels like pillows underneath my toes.

Chestnut Oxford Wingtip - Beautiful Shoe

Lots of compliments on this shoe. Great style and well constructed. I typically wear a 9.5 or 10 depending on brand, and purchased a 10 in this shoe, which fits fine. Shoe seems to fit a little tight when trying it on for the first time, but I think it's due to the deerskin lining grabbing the sock when fresh out of the box. After a half day of wear, and on subsequent wearing, this was not an issue.
Uppers seem to have the right balance between flexibility and durability. Laces are sturdy, and maybe a tad long. Memory foam bed feels great.

Bought a pair in both the birtch suede and pebbled brown.
Positives: Very comfortable shoe with the most padding I've seen in a shoe. The colors were nice, great for summer.
Negatives: The birtch suede had a discoloration on a small piece of the visible part of the rubber sole and the pebbled brown while one of the most beautiful reddish brown hues had blotchy dyeing all over the shoe which was visible from about 5 feet. Interestingly, shortly after my purchase the pebbled brown was pulled from the website, wonder why.
Bottom line: For the price I expected more attention to detail so I decided to return them. For now, I would stick with the classic models from Sperry until they show me more craftsmanship on these new lines.

What an amazing pair of shoes. I normally wouldn't spend this much on a pair of shoes but I am very happy with these. They are the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever worn. The deer skin interior is very comfortable. I plan on wearing these both as dress and business casual. Quality is top notch. Thank you and keep the quality dress styles coming. Chad

Wore these red wingtips with a red vest with a blue blazer to the Ole Ms./Ms. State game and we beat the stew out of State so I love them!!!!!!

The most comfortable dress shoe I have ever worn. Both stylish and incredibly sturdy. I have them in Grey Suede, and I love the blue stitching and laces. Well done. Nice attention to detail.

Really felt comfortable as I tried it on upon arrival. Unfortunately I sent it back because the actual size is 1/2 size too big. The chestnut color is different from the actual color. It seems like it is reddish brown.
