I love it! It gets me through the worst of weathers. They were on my feet as soon as they came through my front door. The smell of new shoes just gets me.

*Fits 1 size smaller than boat shoes(buy a 1 size bigger than boat shoes).
*Not comfortable at all,after wearing them for 5 days i have bruises on the upper part of my feet.
*Not good for rainy days
*Nice feel to the leather
*They look nice,i get compliments all the time(brown and blue).
*If you get them deliver by UPS,the box will be all beat up most likely,expect some type of dents of damage to the boot\
*i would probably buy them again ONLY because the looks.
My personal Opinion,Not enough for the money.

Let's face it we are attracted to this boot because it is cool and unique. Most of us have worn some form of topsider before and know about fit,comfort etc. I bought the boot to wear with poplin summer suits. Everyone that sees them age 15-50 loves them.

Bought these for my Son's Birthday. He thinks they are awesome. We got the Black ones with White laces. They look cool and are comfortable. Only thing I would say so far that could have been better is the lead time for shipping is very, very long. They shoes were in stock and it took 10 days. Waaay too long in this day and age.

Nice boots, a bit loose though

I got these boots fairly quickly in shipping and I was happy with the secure packaging. In terms of the boots themselves, they looked really good but they seems very loose in terms of the material. the back heel has no reinforced support so you can loosen up the heel when putting the boots on multiple times. the toungue seemed to loosen somewhat quickly also, as I like to wear my jeans on the inside to show the full boot and the toungue was folding over at times rather than sticking up. I probably wish I got the full brown leather option as the wool silhouette is a bit tanner than I expected.

i bought these not really as a winter boot but for wearing around school and they are very comfortable and unique i am definitely the only one in school with these, i have been out side with them and they are very warm for what they are but I was fairly disappointed when the shoe laces on the sides of the shoe where ripped out of their eyelets by the clasps on top of the shoe nothing some super glue didn't fix

Great pair of stylish,comfortable boots. Recommend only for summer and spring. Definitely not a winter boot. You will not have any traction in snow with these. The only down fall that I noticed in general was that when they get wet, they bleed onto your sock underneath.

Great boot, very comfortable. I bought the ones with the wool pattern. I just read some of the reviews and I'm not sure if there was rational thinking before submitting their reviews. For obvious reasons, this is not the type of boot you would wear on a rainy day. This particular style is made of suede and wool, neither conducive to a rainy day. The boot is well made, no defects and very very comfortable. Also just an observation, if the laces on the base of the boot stretch to the point where they break then you may want to take a look at buying a boot in a wider with. I would like to think that I have a pretty logical point of view, but forgive me if I'm wrong.

My boyfriend had been telling me for months how he wanted a pair of stylish Fall/Winter boots and how he really liked these Sperry's in particular and so I thought this would be a nice gift to get him. And since I "thought" Sperry's are known for their quality, how could I go wrong... right? Wrong! Very wrong!! He wore these boots only twice and within that time the laces on the sides/bottom began to become extremely loose (and there is NO way to tighten them back up). Whenever he would take a step, the latch on the opposite boot would get caught on the lace. After getting caught so many times, the lace finally broke. These boots are not what I would consider cheap and if I'm going to buy a present for someone whom I care about, I would expect the quality to be equal with what I paid. I'm extremely disappointed and embarrassed that I gave him a gift that did not last for more than 2 days. I will not purchasing anything from this brand ever again.

The boots are very comfortable and I received numerous compliments on how great they look. However, the first day I wore them when there was precipitation, I was slipping everywhere. I almost slid into traffic while waiting at a crosswalk where the sidewalk was elevated from the road. Just standing there waiting to cross, I began sliding onto the road and was almost hit by a vehicle. I love the boots, but I have discovered their utility is limited for dry weather only.

The boot looks great - but like the previous reviewer my feet got wet in only a small shower. The uppers soak up rain like a sponge! They looked like they'd be great for fall/winter but after a week I'm already on the lookout for something that actually does the job of keeping my feet dry.

I bought this boot after seeing it in magazines: I was looking for a cool, stylish and functional fall boot and this seemed to tick all the boxes. I love the design of the boot but was dismayed to find that with the first drop of rain the boot was soaked (I treated it with weather protector prior to wearing) — I've never bought Sperry before and was under the impression that this is a boat shoe brand. Why you'd make a boot that is not only "not water proof" but actually absorbs water is beyond me.
I like the boot but have now had to buy another brand boot that I can wear in NYC's fall weather without having to worry about soaked socks.
Stylish and comfortable, yes - functional? Not at all.

Ive had my Sperry Topsiders for 5 months now. These are great boots great on fashion I get compliments every time I wear them. Even though i broke the side string on one of them they still are lasting a long time. To any one thats looking to buy this boats know a few things 1. don't wear them in the rain(common sense would tell you that they are not snow and rain boots) 2. you have to treat them with care they are made from a thiner material so be careful....Within the time period of having the boots i have cut the boot strings a tad bit so they want get tanged up......overall a great stylish and comfortable boot
